Our Administrative Services team is seeking a talented individual to help support the firm’s staff of employees as an Office Services Associate. We’re looking for someone to join our team at a full-time capacity to start Summer 2021. This position will reside in our Cleveland, Ohio office and will report to the Manager of Administrative Services.


  • Copying and collating client tax returns and financial statements
  • Posting and delivering mail, handling Fed Ex Packages, etc.
  • Ordering and setting up lunches for internal meetings
  • Stocking and cleaning kitchens and other common areas
  • Typing envelopes, labels, and documents
  • Setting up cubicles and offices for new employees
  • Scanning documents
  • Other copy room duties
  • Handling a variety of one-off and recurring requests which may not be listed here

Experience and Skills:


  • Entry level position- some office experience preferred
  • Computer savvy- Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding position
  • Excellent people and communication skills with a team player attitude
  • Full-time position working 8:30am-5:30pm on Monday through Friday
  • Overtime may be required during peak times of the year, including some evenings and Saturdays
