We are excited for the future and our continued growth! Our Technology Services team is seeking a talented individual in the role of Systems Administrator. We are open to this position being in any of the following markets: Cleveland or Akron, OH; Detroit, MI; or Hunt Valley, MD.

The Systems Administrator will be a member of the Technology Services team working in a team-oriented environment supporting each of the firm’s service lines. The Systems Administrator will support and maintain technologies used by Firm employees. Regular activities will include design, configuration and maintenance of cloud/network systems and software to ensure optimal performance of the Firm’s technology environment


  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud/network systems and software
  • Update and maintain documentation and knowledgebase articles
  • Work with vendors and end-users to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Create and provide training to the Technology Services team and end-users as appropriate
  • Travel to other nearby offices and potentially to out-of-state offices

Experience and Skills:

Core Competencies

  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Configuration Manager/Intune/AutoPilot
  • Experience and understanding of the following technologies and tools:
    • Microsoft 365 Administration
    • Microsoft MDT and computer deployment automation
    • Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy
    • Microsoft PowerShell scripting
    • Microsoft SharePoint/SharePoint Online
    • Windows file and folder permissions
  • Experience with LAN/WAN and VPN technologies and topologies
  • Understanding of wireless technologies
  • Understanding of mobile device management
  • Experience with VOIP phone systems and setup (Cisco preferred)
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel data analysis skills
  • Proficient at internet research, troubleshooting and general technology savvy

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in the IT field
  • Microsoft or other IT certifications a plus
