As accountants, advisors and consultants who work day in and day out with closely held organizations, private equity investors and select publicly held companies, our seasoned transactions team knows where to look for potential opportunities and pitfalls in any transaction. Our Transaction Services Group plays an important role with many of our clients and this group is growing!

We are very excited about our growth opportunities and are seeking individuals with an entrepreneurial energy and commitment to client service to join our Transaction Services team! This position could be in either our Cleveland, OH; Chicago, IL; or Pittsburgh, PA offices.

Looking for someone who has the ability to:

  • Actively and effectively engage with clients
  • Use their technical accounting skills and feel comfortable using Excel on a daily basis
  • Work hard, have an appetite for learning
  • Target company personnel and their representatives, team members, and other stake holders

Experience and Skills:

Our requirements for this position are:

  • 4-7 years of experience, combined between public accounting Assurance and Transaction Services experience
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of Transaction Services experience required
    • Candidates must already be operating at the Manager level in current position
    • Has the ability to travel up to 30%
    • CPA designation preferred
