We are excited for the future and our continued growth! Our Information Technology team is seeking a talented individual in the role of End User Technologies Analyst. This position will reside in our Cleveland, Ohio or Fairlawn, Ohio office with some travel to other office locations (approximately 10%).

The End User Technologies Analyst will be a member of the Information Technology team working in a team oriented environment supporting each of the firm’s business lines. The End User Technologies Analyst will support and maintain all technologies used by Firm employees. This covers areas such as Help Desk, Phones, Computers, Copiers, Software, on-boarding and off-boarding. Regular activities of this role include installation, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of hardware, software, and equipment, to ensure optimal performance of the Firm’s technology environment. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, through screen sharing, or via e-mail) in a positive, timely, and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance in a helpdesk role.


  • Resolve problems reported to the call center
  • Provide first-level contact and problem resolution to clients
  • Update and maintain documentation and knowledgebase articles
  • Configure/image laptops as needed
  • Work with vendors as needed to resolve issues
  • Regular predictable and punctual attendance. Evening and weekend coverage needed during peak season
  • Create and provide training to end-users as appropriate

Experience and Skills:

Core Competencies

  • Web, Internet, and technology savvy
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
  • Experience with LAN/WAN technologies and topologies
  • Understanding of wireless technologies
  • Understanding of mobile devices, SPAM-filtering, and VPN fundamentals
  • Experience with VOIP phone maintenance (Cisco preferred)
  • Experience with scripting (PowerShell)

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Microsoft Certified Professional a plus
